In India, the National Anti Doping Authority (NADA) is responsible for promoting and enforcing the doping control program in all sports (2). All coaches, athletes and support staff can be implicated in WADA violations and must take responsibility to ensure they comply with the WADA code (1). An athlete could violate the code intentionally or unintentionally, but ignorance is never an excuse (1).
